About the NATS Program:

One of the main initiatives of the Indian government to train young people in trades is the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme. Under the terms of the Apprentices Act, 1961, as amended in 1973, Volvo Group provides graduates with one-year practical, hands-on On-the-Job-Training (OJT)-based skilling opportunities through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme.

1. Qualified training managers will work with you to provide mentorship and knowledge transfer.
2. You have a chance to learn from recent applications, methodologies, and processes in your respective field of work.
3. For a school or college student, this also serves as a transitional period from the classroom to the workplace.
